This guide explains how selling on the platform works and what we expect from our seller community to keep things fair, smooth, and stress-free for everyone.

You may list:

• Pre-loved or new baby & kids' products
• Clothing, footwear, toys, books, gear, and accessories

Products must be:

• Clean, functional, and safe to use
• Accurately described with honest disclosure of condition

Any defects, minor or major, must be clearly disclosed upfront.

Sellers are responsible for uploading clear and accurate product information, including:

• Multiple real photos of the actual product
• Correct size, brand, and condition details
• Honest mention of any wear, damage, or missing parts

Photo Guidelines

• Flat-lay or hanger photos are recommended.
• For your child's safety and privacy, we strongly discourage uploading pictures of children wearing the products.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that do not meet our quality or safety standards.

Sellers have full authority and discretion to set the price of their products. Sellers are expected to price items fairly, keeping in mind that most products are pre-loved and previously used.

My Thrift Baby Loot acts solely as a facilitator and may, from time to time, suggest price adjustments or reductions to improve visibility, buyer interest, or chances of sale. Such suggestions are purely advisory, and the final pricing decision shall always rest with the Seller.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated based on logistics requirements. Our courier partners charge for door-to-door pickups and calculate shipping costs based on volumetric weight (package size).

If a Seller believes they can arrange shipping at a lower cost, they are free to:

• Include the shipping cost within the product price, and
• Clearly mention "Direct Shipping" in the product listing.

In such cases, My Thrift Baby Loot will not be responsible for arranging, coordinating, or bearing the cost of shipping, and all responsibilities related to dispatch, delivery, and transit shall lie solely with the Seller and the chosen logistics partner.

We fully support this flexibility and encourage Sellers to choose the option that works best for them.

These fees help us:

• Provide seller & buyer support
• Keep the community curated, trusted, and spam-free

Products are shipped or handed over directly from sellers' homes.

Sellers are expected to:

• Pack items securely and responsibly
• Attach the shipping label provided (mandatory)
• Coordinate reasonably with pickup schedules

If a listed product becomes unavailable for any reason (misplacement, damage, personal constraints, etc.), sellers must inform My Thrift Baby Loot immediately.

Failure to do so may result in:

• Order cancellation
• Cancellation-related charges
• Temporary or permanent account restrictions in repeated cases

Buyer payments are collected in advance and held securely through our platform to ensure a safe and smooth transaction.

Seller payouts are released within 7 days after:

• Successful delivery, and
• Buyer confirmation of product

Payments are made via Paytm, Google Pay, or NEFT.

This process allows us to ensure payment security, timely payouts, and fair protection for both Buyers and Sellers, while keeping all transactions transparent and on time through the platform.

We expect sellers to:

• Communicate respectfully and promptly
• Avoid taking transactions off the platform
• Maintain transparency and honesty

My Thrift Baby Loot reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misuse, repeated disputes, or violation of platform policies.
