Return & Refund Policy

At My Thrift Baby Loot, we aim to build trust between Buyers and Sellers while ensuring fairness for everyone involved. Since we work with individual sellers and third-party delivery partners across the country, who go out of their way to get the Product to you in the best condition and in the quickest possible time, and most products are pre-loved and shipped from homes, all purchases are considered final.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned due to reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Standard company sizing issues
• Minor colour variations
• Expected wear and tear consistent with pre-owned items

Buyers are requested to carefully review product descriptions, images, and condition details before placing an order. Slight wear and tear is normal for pre-loved products and must be accepted in good faith.

A return request may be considered only if the product has a MAJOR defect that makes it unusable and was not disclosed at the time of listing.

To raise a valid return request:

• The Buyer must share a clear, continuous unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product

The video must show:

• The sealed outer package
• The opening of the package
• The defect clearly

Recreated, edited, or incomplete unboxing videos will not be accepted.

Any return or refund requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

For self pick-up orders, Buyers are required to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of pickup. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the condition, they must refuse acceptance at the time of pickup itself. No return or refund requests will be accepted once the product has been taken.

If the Buyer arranges their own courier or local logistics service, they are advised to request a video of the product and accessories from the Seller prior to dispatch.

Please note:

• Kiasha's MTL Private Limited and the Seller shall not be responsible for damage or loss caused during transit by logistics partners appointed by the Buyer
• Any claims arising from such damage must be taken up directly with the respective courier service
• No returns or refunds will be accepted in such cases

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to seller constraints, accidental damage, loss, or inventory discrepancies arising from home-based storage.

In such situations, Kiasha's MTL Private Limited reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the Buyer. As a facilitator and mediator between Buyers and Sellers, we make every reasonable effort to complete each transaction successfully; however, such cancellations shall not be considered a breach of trust or service.

Kiasha's MTL Private Limited reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject return requests based on the evidence provided
• Levy return shipping, handling, or processing charges on a case-by-case basis

Once a return is approved:

• The product must be repacked in its original packaging
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified. Wherever applicable, refunds are preferably issued in the form of store credits or vouchers, valid on My Thrift Baby Loot for a specified period.

Buyers who prefer a monetary refund may request the same, and such refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable timelines. However, choosing store credits helps us support small sellers, reduce unnecessary transaction costs, and keep the circular economy moving. We truly appreciate your support 💚

All products listed on My Thrift Baby Loot are sold "as-is". We do not provide any guarantees or warranties on products or services. However, in genuine cases of defect, we will make reasonable efforts to assist Buyers and Sellers in finding a fair resolution.

All decisions regarding returns and refunds made by Kiasha's MTL Private Limited shall be final and binding, in accordance with this policy.
